Our Audio CD Program

This audio CD series is designed to help you and your group harness the foundations of full creativity within each of you. It will help you develop the necessary conditions to put that creativity into action on a day to day basis. It is a program which can be learned in a short amount of time, but which will be useful over the course of a lifetime.

This audio CD series and workbook are specifically designed for either self-study or to accompany other coaching, training or facilitation in the pursuit of your leadership and creative excellence. Once you have worked through the program, the specific training tapes may be used over and over again, on an on-going basis, to continue increasing your creative capabilities over a lifetime.

Relaxation Audio CD's

This progressive relaxation audio CD is 14 minutes long. Just long enough to let go of concerns that may be interfering with the kind of day you would like to be having. In a light state of hypnosis you will gain the ability to clear your mind of interference, anytime, anywhere. The ability to do this quickly and effectively will allow you to become sharply focused on any task at hand.

Hint: Listening to this audio CD  twice in succession will permit you to reach a very deep and profound state of relaxation.
