About
Us
As Director of the
R. P. Baker Foundation and an Associate of Big Picture Associates, Robert
Baker is actively engaged in hypnotherapy, trauma training, dispute resolution,
private and corporate mediation, as well as personal and professional
coaching.
He consults and lectures
extensively on applications of hypnosis to a variety of medical and emotional
problems. He has also developed an extensive training program on individual
psychological response to traumatic situations such as; witnessing or
being involved in a crime, or severe accident; losing a loved one to a
sudden death, or victims of natural disasters such as tornadoes or floods.
This training is especially useful for first responders, police, firefighters,
emergency room personnel, emergency/disaster counselors, and schoolteachers.
Robert has more than
33 years experience as a trainer, coach, hypnotherapist and mediator.
As a certified Bioenergetic Therapist, he co-founded the Minnesota Institute
for Bioenergetic Analysis, and served as their Administrative Director
and Associate Trainer for 10 years.
As a certified Dispute
Resolution Professional, he works with dispute and conflict management
for business and educational institutions, as well as mediating divorce
and child custody cases.
Robert has been a
member of the Mediation Project for Ramsey County since 1995. He has been
featured on radio, television and in print.
